This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Endpoint UAB (henceforth, “Endpoint”/ “us”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User"/ “you”) of the www.lexascan.com website ("Website" or "Site").
This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Endpoint UAB. This Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. - A prospective client of Endpoint whom Endpoint has identified through its market searches and/or contacts as possibly interested in our services;
